At Oversee, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request deletion of your data from our platform, follow the instructions below.

Before you start — who holds your data

If you exchanged WhatsApp messages with a company that uses Oversee, or took part in a meeting or call it recorded, that company is the controller of your data, not Oversee. We process it on their instructions. Send your deletion request to them — and if you send it to us, we will forward it and assist them in responding.

If you have an Oversee account of your own, use the process below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@getoversee.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include:
   • your full name;
   • the email address associated with your account;
   • your organization name, if applicable.
3. Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What will be deleted

• Account information — your name, email address and profile details.
• Conversation data — WhatsApp conversations, messages, media files and metadata.
• Recordings and transcripts — meeting and call recordings and the transcripts derived from them.
• AI-derived content — summaries, contact profiles, evaluations and scores.
• Knowledge base — documents and files you uploaded, and the vectors derived from them.
• Configuration data — custom settings, preferences and AI configuration.
• Usage data — activity logs and analytics associated with your account.

Deletion via Facebook Login

If you signed up or connected to Oversee using your Facebook account, you can also request deletion through Facebook:

1. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
3. Find Oversee AI and click Remove.
4. Check the box for "Delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that Oversee AI may have published on your behalf".
5. Click Remove.

After removing the app, send us a deletion request at contact@getoversee.ai so that data stored on our servers is deleted as well.

Exceptions

Some information may be retained where required by applicable law, including:

• records required for tax, legal or compliance purposes;
• anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you;
• information necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute or enforce our agreements.
