To provide the services described in the Terms of Service, Oversee engages third parties that process personal data on our behalf. This page lists those subprocessors and is referenced by Annex I (Data Processing Addendum).

We impose on all of them contractual data protection obligations equivalent to those we owe you, and we remain responsible for their acts.

Customer-configured integrations

Beyond the subprocessors above, the Platform lets the Customer configure its own external tools (for example, OpenAPI-based integrations). Where the Customer does so, it is the Customer that directs the transmission of data to those third parties, at its own responsibility. Those recipients are not Oversee subprocessors and are not listed here.

Changes

Material changes to this list — adding a subprocessor or substantially changing a purpose — are published on this page with reasonable advance notice. A Customer that objects may terminate under Section 19 of the Terms of Service.
